What happens when your HOA says you owe them?
3 things: 1. NIMBY with that noise! 2. Get rid of the bullshit jobs to reduce traffic. 3. Mass transit works, just not in the U.S.?
Howdy hi hi, It's funny how many people are waiting for flying cars when we've had them for at least seven decades or more. They are called helicopters. Why doesn't everybody use helicopters today? Maining from the down draft of wind the props produce. How do you imagine that a car will fly if not by the same mechanism?
If a business isn’t profitable let it fall. No one cares about “saving the Brand” brands are fads 99% of them will fade away into history. It’s red lobsters time to go.
Another example of the BANKS stepping in to save the day 😢
I blame it on the garbage food.
Let's hope he loses it all!
I hope someone goes to jail for this... unbelievable
Why December? Debt is due in Nov.
I gave van horn law firm 500 dollars to clear dept for me and haven't received any results

At this point the government has been putting dangerous heavy metals into our atmosphere to control rain and evidently to kill us and our our brains and internal organs. Bill Gates and the green crazies are behind this. They have a billion dollars and can carry a big part of the financial load. The yellow water is tannin from all the dead vegetation. It can be treated but is not bad.
Can u make one but with a creditor present to mimic what they could ask u
I'll look into doing one of those. Usually creditors don't show up but I agree it would be helpful to have a video that gave typical questions a creditor would ask. Thanks for the idea.
Hello there, looking for a rishta by any chance? Fellow Barrister messaging from UK, London.
If it is husband and wife filing jointly so they both have to attend ? Is it done together or individually? And if it can be done together do both have to speak or can just one party speak on behalf of both ?
If it is a joint filing both need to attend and get sworn in. Usually the trustee will allow one person to do the speaking as long as the other person agrees that their testimony represents what they would say as well.
My wife and I have listed all of our assets and are currently making sure all of our debts (accounts, numbers, etc) are correct, and have stopped paying on the cards/loans. We stopped paying on them and started the bankruptcy about the same time, should we have waited before filing? Also, in the event someone doesn't think of an asset (like forgetting the golf clubs, etc) how does the trustee find out? what would you do if you're in the middle of it and realize you've left something out? Thank you!
It is better fo stop paying earlier on your credit cards because of the preference period but usually it does not matter. The trustee can have an appraiser come to the house, but this is in rare circumstances. Nevertheless you should do your best to ensure that your schedules are accurate. If you left something out you should amend your schedules to add it.
@@ChadVanHornAttorney thank you! We definitely have gone around the house making sure we didn’t leave something out, and things have been amended, I appreciate this!
@@TheOctabreaker my pleasure and good luck!
@@TheOctabreaker happy to help!
You have certainly left an impression on our firm. RIP Terri
Can you ask the trustee to obtain a full accounting for the account
Thank you for your question. The trustee is required to do a full accounting in every asset case and provide it to you.
we miss you Terri!
For sure. 🙏🙏🙏
Great little informative vid! So, what does the Trustee do with your case after the 341 meeting and right before the discharge? I'm curious as to the details.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. After the 341 meeting, the Trustee's role is to review your case in detail to ensure everything is in order before recommending a discharge. Here's a brief overview of what happens: 1. Review of Financials: The Trustee will scrutinize your financial documents, including bank statements, tax returns, and other relevant paperwork, to confirm their accuracy and completeness. 2. Asset Evaluation: If there are non-exempt assets, the Trustee will assess their value and potentially sell them to repay creditors. If not, they will enter a report of no distribution and the case will essentially be over. 3. Creditor Claims (asset case only): The Trustee will examine and validate any claims made by creditors, ensuring they are legitimate and comply with bankruptcy laws. 4. Compliance Check: The Trustee ensures you comply with all bankruptcy requirements, such as completing any mandatory financial education courses. 5. Final Report: Once the Trustee is satisfied that all aspects of the case are addressed, they will file a final report with the court, recommending the discharge of your debts. If everything checks out, the court will then issue a discharge order (usually 60-75 days later) relieving you of the responsibility for the dischargeable debts. If you have any more questions or need further details, feel free to ask!
Thank you for the great overview! I have another question- after the 341 meeting concludes, when would be a good time to look for a better paying job? I hear different answers like it's ok to start another job after the 341 meeting then I heard don't start a job until you receive your discharge papers.
@@tonyzam66 Thank you for your question! The timing of when to start looking for a better paying job after your 341 meeting can be a bit nuanced. Generally, it's safe to start looking for new job opportunities after your 341 meeting. However, it's important to be aware of a few key points: After your 341 meeting should be a fine time to look for a better paying job, however, your bankruptcy trustee is still reviewing your case and could still ask for more information, although it is unlikely. This can potentially impact your bankruptcy case, especially if your new income significantly changes your financial circumstances. Ultimately, it is advisable to discuss your specific situation with your bankruptcy attorney. They can provide guidance tailored to your circumstances and ensure that you comply with all necessary requirements.
You are awesome, thank you for all your feedback!!
@@tonyzam66 my pleasure! Good luck.
I'm in Florida and the law says HOA can only charge an "administrative late fee" of $25. My HOA charges $25 late fee and nearly $50 "admin fee". Is that even legal in Florida?
Ok so where is her attorney ?
I'm the attorney!
@@ChadVanHornAttorney so why is she answering for herself. Do your job
@@itguru2037 attorneys aren't allowed to answer questions for clients. The client has to answer.
It's all about what's in your best interests 🤨... You are not out to help people, you're out to profit off of the poor governance destroying our communities.. You're a lying two face snake, typical attorney..
AirBnBs should be outlawed, they are not in commercially zoned areas, and these short term rentals deplete the workforce housing supply that we desperately need, we need advocates for affordable housing with more common sense legislation..
Without short-term rentals, hotel prices would be insane. The affordable housing crisis is caused by poor planning by local, state, and federal governments. Money is put aside for affordable housing initiatives but regularly raided for other causes.
Prepping are gonna miss heaven with all this judging
Can I file bankruptcy for debt other than mortgage and do a loan modification at same time?
How long should re amortization after forbearance take?
It really depends on many factors.@@mcoop33
How about if you co-own a car free and clear with someone that’s not filing bankruptcy. Could they take the car anyways?
Unfortunately, yes. If there isn't an exemption that applies they could sell the car or force you to pay your half of the value.
So you should stop paying any/all credit cards?
Correct. Once you decide to file for bankruptcy you should stop paying and using all of your credit cards.
Which party in this meeting is considered to be the beneficiary?
Bankruptcy is a setback, not a defeat. Hopefully, others will seek professional help from watching your videos.
Agreed.
What about furniture?
Thank you for your call today.

F is criminally negligent. She knew that X would be . She knew that X would be again. She knows that . F was in a position to protect X, and had an obligation to do so. X . In addition, X . F should get no mercy.
If you owe someone money , just go bankrupt and walk away and don't pay anyone what you owe them , it is so wrong ,that this can happen the only winners are the lawyers if your owed money just throw in the towel this is a escape avenue for the arsehole to just get away with paying their bills. So wrong .
I have a question , is there anything I can do about my ex making himself bankrupt just before a court order is to take effect in which he has to pay me what he owes me . Prior to filing he owned his own house , car etc but now he has nothing ?? house / car disappeared ?? etc is this legal he can do this just before court order is about to take effect .
if you have a 100% bankruptcy 13 payback plan. will the trusty take your tax refund?
Usually, the trustee does not take your tax return. It depends on the district/trustee.
i have an unusual question regarding my chapter 13, my mother passed away and left me an inheritance but im not sure what to do. i have been in the bankruptcy 1 year does the laws change after the 180 days? can they take it?
Funny
Great video! What do you suggest for those who used the forbearance of their mortgage during covid pandemic currently active in a chapter 13 case that maybe struggle to pay the back pay due to loss hours at work.
well if your behind on payments and got unemployment insurance you shouldn't be behind because they gave u way more money then what u made before.
Thanks. I'm getting enrolled at a private college in Berlin and I have no idea how I'm gonna pay my installments
Great information, very informative and helpful, thanks!
If a veteran was to request the Disaster Extend Modification after a forbearance under the cares act, does this prompt a change in the interest rate? I’ve called my servicer and they’ve said that keeping the same interest rate is not guaranteed. However if the term is extended at a higher interest rate this will result in a higher payment, Does this sound right?
